Join to payment page

Thank you so much, that was very helpful and it works.

Here is another question.  Please go to mysite click on Join Now.  It takes you to a payment page before creating a profile.  I would like to do that also.  What mod do you think that is?

I tried to write to him on his Contact Us page to ask the question about, but the Submit button doesn't work.

Not sure if this is the one. It looks like it. Check the expertzzz sellers profile listed too. They have a couple of different versions.
