First login to your Dolphin Admin Panel.

Find "Settings" then "Languages Setttings"

In the "Search for Strings" enter "about us" and click the "Search" button as pictured.

You should get similar results for your search.

 

#1 _ABOUT_US_H = browser window Page / Title (What you see in your web browser page title)
#2 & #3 _ABOUT_US_H1 = Page Table title x 2 (block and top pre-content area)
#4 _ABOUT_US = The actual page content / html (when you click on about us link this is the content of the page.)
#5 _About Us = very top and very bottom actual text the link says

To make a change to any of them we simply click the "Edit" Link as pictured above.

A new window will open where we can make changes.

 

Be sure the "Recompile corresponding language file to apply changes." is checked, then Click the "Save changes" button.

The changes you make above in your admin panel will look similar to this on the user end of your website.

Now simply refresh your "About Us" page to verify your changes were successful.

The same concept can be applied to most of the others. Just "Search for strings", sometimes you do need to keep it short and simple or try variations of a word to find what you are looking for.
