OK, thanks for your help and I do know how to block non-logged in members (i.e. visitors with an account). What I need now is how to block a Standard Member from viewing a certain area.  For example, how do I stop a Standard Member from viewing the Classifieds section?

I've tried the Membership level by removing access to everything, but a Standard member can go one level deep on most things and can view Classifieds.  However, the software stops them from replying.
