Hi! Thanks for your guide about php.ini!

But the problem is the same, even after your guide.

I have a "CGI" server api. (linux webhosting)

After your guide, the value of max_execution_time,max_input_time ,post_max_size,upload_max_filesize are changed, but I continue to get the same error: "file size should'nt exceed 18MB".

What can I do?

You also increased the upload limits in your ray suite admin area as well correct. I'm sure you did but thought I would double check.

And you did increase the following:
upload_max_filesize = 100M
post_max_size = 100M
max_execution_time = 1000
max_input_time = 1000
memory_limit = 64M

These are usually sufficient to make the increase when ray suite is also increased. If you did refresh the phpinfo.php page and verify that those values did change to what you changed them too, you obviously did make the changes.

I would double check your ray suite if you haven't for max size.

And you can check the actual file yoursite.com/ray/modules/movie/xml/config.xml

32

Notice the 32 this number means max file size for upload would be 32 mb's. It should be the same as what you set in your ray suite admin area. But you might consider double checking this.

Also Movie is Ray video uploads, Ray Video is for profile video. Sometimes the 2 get confused for one another.

Same with ray music players. One is for profile music players the other is for the gallery music player.
