Just when you think the guy has finally gone away for good, or at least you have forgotten about him Mike Tyson Strikes Again. This time at the Los Angeles Internation Airport (LAX). Apparently Mike Tyson and a freelance photographer were both booked and arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor battery.

Both Mike Tyson and Tony Echevarria, the 50 year old photographer want to press charges of misdemeanor battery.

Echevarria said Tyson struck him once during the skirmish Wednesday an airport Sgt. spokesman said. The photographer was treated for a cut to his head at a local hospital.

Tyson's spokeswoman said the ex-boxer was on his way to Las Vegas with his wife and 10 month old baby when Echevarria aggressively attacked Tyson. 43 year old Tyson says he only acted in self-defense to protect his child.

There seems to be several different versions of the story concerning the incident. With some witnesses supporting Tyson's version, and others leaning towards Echevarria's.

Initial reports suggest Tyson was being cooperative with airport police. After being treated at a local hospital, Echevarria was booked and released.
