I have been working on this new free bee for Dolphin in my spare time. So far, it seems to work as expected, but I will need to continue testing it.

When members post something using the editor it allows them to upload a picture directly into the editor in several different sizes. The picture will get uploaded to your sever/hosting account and be stored and automatically linked to that location.

Currently a member can add a picture in a post. However, they do have to specify a location on the internet somewhere. Many members and folks to the internet get confused by this. They don't know how to do that, nor do they totally understand it. The easier you can make things for them the better.

There are some drawbacks and extra precaution and security will be involved. Just like any other folder that files are allowed to be uploaded to in dolphin there will be some 777 file permissions involved. So this isn't for everyone. The best way to help protect a 777 folder is with a .htaccess file to limit file types, scripts, and direct access.

At any rate I'm still playing around with it yet. If all works out I will add it here at this site.
